By accessing GPI�s Web Site, you are agreeing to be bound by these Web Site Use Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations, and you agree that you are solely responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use this site. Any claim relating to the GPI Web Site shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. The materials contained in GPI�s Web Site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Electronic forums such as email distribution lists and UseNet newsgroups all have ground rules and established etiquette for posting messages or material to these forums. Changes and Improvements
Provider may make changes, improvements, alterations or amendments in and to the products, services, information and materials contained on GPI�s Web Site, including the terms and conditions of your use of this Web Site, without liability.
Any attempt by Customer to so alter, supplement or amend these terms and conditions, or to enter into an order for Products that is subject to additional or altered terms and conditions will be null and void, unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement signed by both Customer and Vendor. Vendor may alter or make amendments to these terms and conditions as they relate to future sales or deliveries at any time without prior notice.
Jurisdictional Issues
Due to the nature of the Internet, it is not possible for GPI to restrict access to its web site only to those jurisdictions in which it does business. Some of all of the products and services offered on this web site may not be eligible for solicitation in your jurisdiction. If you are accessing this web site from such a jurisdiction, you should not consider anything on this site as an offer to sell or as a solicitation to the public to purchase any product or service from GPI. This site is for use only by persons residing in jurisdictions where such products and services may legally be sold.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario and the parties hereby attorn to the jurisdiction of the courts of Canada. Any provisions of this agreement which are or may be rendered invalid, unenforceable or illegal, shall be ineffective only to the extent of such invalidity, unenforceability or illegality, without affecting the validity, enforceability or legality of the remaining provisions of this Agreement. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties pertaining to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, negotiations and discussions, whether oral or written, of the parties.
Privacy
GPI appreciates and respects the privacy concerns of the visitors to its web site. As a general policy, no personal information is automatically collected from customers visiting this web site. However, certain information is recorded as a matter of course by GPI�s servers in order to track the number of visitors to the web site and to help provide an enhanced online experience for the visitor. The type of information tracked by our servers includes the browser and operating system in use by the visitor and the domain name of the visitor�s Internet service Provider. Collecting this information allows Provider to optimize the visitor�s web site experience. E mail addresses and other personally identifiable data about visitors to this site are known to GPI only if and when voluntarily submitted by the visitor. All personal information collected by GPI is retained by GPI and not sold or otherwise provided to third parties. Provider sometimes uses email addresses and other personally identifiable information to communicate with visitors who have provided GPI with their email addresses for specific purposes such as receiving newsletters or other information. Each newsletter will also contain instructions on how to discontinue receipt of the newsletter. Visitors should be aware that when they voluntarily disclose personal information on bulletin boards or in chat areas, that information can be collected and used by others and may result in unsolicited messages from other parties.
Many of GPI�s web pages place a �cookie� in the browser files of a visitor�s computer. The cookie itself does not contain any personal information. Although cookies enable GPI to relate a visitor�s use of GPI�s site to information that the visitor has specifically and knowingly provided, GPI does not do so for any sites specifically designed for and aimed at children. GPI believes that parents should supervise their children�s online activities and should consider using parental control tools available from online services and software manufacturers that help provide a kid-friendly online environment. These tools can also prevent children from disclosing online any personal information without parental permission.
Payment Terms; Orders; Quotes; Interest
Credit terms are within GPI�s sole discretion, and unless otherwise specified in GPI�s invoice, payment must be received by Vendor prior to Vendor�s acceptance of an order. Payment for the Products will be made by credit card. If credit terms have been agreed to by Customer, invoices are due and payable immediately after the purchase from GPI. GPI may invoice parts of an order separately. Orders are not binding upon Customer until accepted by GPI. All Quotes given by GPI will only be valid for the period stated on the Quote. Customer agrees to pay interest on all amounts past due at a rate of 3% per month (36% per year).
Shipping Charges and Taxes
Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on Customer�s invoice(s). Unless Customer provides GPI with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to the Products shipped to Customer�s location prior to GPI�s acceptance of the order, the Customer is responsible for goods and services tax, sales and all other taxes associated with the order, however designated. If applicable, a separate charge for taxes will be shown on Customer�s invoice.
Title
Title to Products passes from GPI to Customer at the time the Products leave GPI�s Carol Stream, Illinois warehouse. Customer will take responsibility for any loss or damage to the Products which occurs during shipping. Shipping dates are estimates only. GPI is not liable for delays in shipment or failure to ship by the estimated ship date.
Return Policies / Exchanges
GPI�s Customer Return Policy provides that end user Customers who buy Products directly from GPI may not return them to GPI due to such products are food grade material, once opened and shipped from the warehouse, these products are not returnable under any circumstances. GPI does not offer any exchanges.
Products
GPI�s policy is one of ongoing Product update and revision. GPI may revise and discontinue Products at any time without prior notice. GPI shall use its reasonable efforts to ensure that the catalog of Products on its website is up-to-date, but GPI makes no guarantee that all Products listed in it�s online catalog will be available at all times or at any time.
Service and Support
Service and support offerings may vary from Product to Product. GPI has no obligation to provide service or support for any Product until GPI has received full payment for such Product for which service or support is requested from the use of this website.

Gum Products International ("GPI") owns and operates the Website and is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. GPI stands behind the belief that personal information provided by our users should only be used to enhance and improve their experience at the Website.
GPI does not collect personal information about individual users except (a) when such personal information is provided to GPI on a voluntary basis; (b) to monitor traffic to the Website; (c) to determine the future direction of the Website including any necessary technical upgrades; (d) to contact you regarding future services; (e) to promote GPI products; (f) to respond to customer inquiries and comments; and (g) to maintain a list of GPI customers. By providing the personal information to GPI, you agree and consent to the collection, use and/or disclosure of such information by GPI for the purposes stated above.
